Our client is looking for an experienced and creative Influencer Account Supervisor to join our team on a freelance basis. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in the fast-paced world of influencer marketing and can expertly manage influencer partnerships while driving client success through innovative campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead influencer marketing campaigns from concept through execution, ensuring alignment with client brand objectives and KPIs.
  • Manage day-to-day relationships with influencers, talent agencies, and internal creative teams to facilitate seamless collaboration.
  • Develop strategic influencer plans that maximize reach, engagement, and ROI across multiple social platforms.
  • Oversee campaign timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure projects are completed on time and within scope.
  • Analyze campaign performance data to provide actionable insights and optimize ongoing influencer activations.
  • Identify emerging influencer trends and new partnership opportunities to keep clients ahead of the curve.
  • Support business development efforts by contributing to proposals and client presentations focused on influencer marketing solutions.
  • Mentor junior team members and foster a collaborative environment that encourages creativity and professional growth.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience managing influencer marketing campaigns within an agency or brand setting.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms, influencer ecosystems, and digital marketing best practices.
