We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Campaign Manager, Creative & Creator to join our team on a freelance basis. This role is pivotal in leading and managing influencer campaigns in collaboration with creators, ensuring seamless execution from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the influencer marketing landscape and possess exceptional project management and communication skills.Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development, execution, and production of multiple annual and seasonal influencer campaigns, coordinating with internal teams and external partners.
- Identify, contract, and manage relationships with influencers and creators to align with campaign goals.
- Develop comprehensive campaign briefs for clients and influencers, ensuring clarity and alignment on objectives.
- Present curated influencer lists for client review and approval.
- Manage day-to-day communication within the team regarding campaign progress, updates, and critical milestones.
- Collaborate closely with our Legal and Business Affairs Team to draft and customize influencer agreements, contracts, addenda, and scopes of work.
- Support brand team leads in creating campaign materials and contributing to brainstorming sessions with strategic insights from the influencer industry.
- Oversee post-campaign analytics, reporting, and performance evaluation to inform future strategies.
- Partner with cross-functional agency teams to enhance social media presence and integrate influencer efforts across multiple channels.
