Integrated Marketing Communications Lead
Hybrid – 3 days/week onsite in NYC
Seeking a hands-on marketing leader to own social, influencer, and communications strategy for an early-stage tech and wellness venture. This individual will shape and manage the brand voice across channels, build community, and drive awareness through both organic and paid campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage social media strategy and content calendar across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and more
Create and publish engaging content in partnership with internal teams and content creators
Build and manage an influencer program spanning micro to macro partners
Support PR strategy and execution to drive earned media and increase brand visibility
Monitor and engage with online community; respond to messages, comments, and trends in real-time
Stay current on wellness and social trends, tools, and platform changes
Collaborate cross-functionally with commercial team and external agencies
Requirements:
4+ years of experience in social media and influencer marketing, ideally in wellness, tech, luxury, or retail
Strong writing skills and ability to craft a polished brand voice
Proven ability to grow communities, drive engagement, and support brand growth
Familiarity with social platforms, analytics tools, and content creation software
Experience in start-ups or fast-growing environments a plus
Positive, proactive mindset and ability to work independently
Bachelor’s degree required
This role is best suited for someone with a data-driven mindset and a proven track record of delivering strong social media KPIs that demonstrate measurable impact.
