Associate Brand Designer | Hands-On, 50/50 Design + On-Set Role
We’re looking for a hands-on designer who thrives at the intersection of digital design and on-set art direction. This role is split roughly 50/50 between creating visuals and bringing them to life on set, giving you the chance to shape campaigns from concept through final delivery.
You’ll join a small, collaborative team in a fast-paced e-commerce environment, working in-office Monday–Friday to start, and hybrid afterwards. on-site for shoots about once a week (sometimes twice). Expect to wear multiple hats, from moodboarding and storyboarding to styling products and directing on set, all the way through asset creation and management.
What You’ll Do
Design assets for ads, email campaigns, and social media
Adapt creative across channels while keeping brand consistency
Assist with campaign briefs, moodboards, and storyboards
Support shoots: prepping products, styling, wardrobe, and helping execute the vision on set
Manage digital assets in Cloudinary and coordinate post-production
What We’re Looking For
1–3 years in graphic design, ideally in e-commerce, retail, or DTC
Proficient in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Hands-on experience with photo shoots and styling
Strong eye for composition, visual storytelling, and detail
Organized, collaborative, and comfortable managing multiple projects
