  • Translate high-level strategy into platform-ready plans, including budgets, flighting, audiences, formats, and pacing assumptions

  • Assist in building media plan summaries, flowcharts, and internal planning documents

Platform Execution & Management

  • Make in-flight optimizations related to budgets, targeting, creative rotation, and placements as directed

Pacing, Delivery & Performance Monitoring

  • Track spend and delivery against planned budgets on a daily and weekly basis

  • Flag over-delivery, under-delivery, or pacing issues early and clearly

  • Monitor basic performance indicators (impressions, reach, frequency, CTR, video completion, etc.)

  • Escalate performance or delivery concerns to senior team members with clear context

Reporting & Data Hygiene

  • Maintain clean, consistent naming conventions and campaign structures

  • Assist in building client-facing reports and internal performance summaries

  • Ensure platform data aligns with internal tracking and planning documents

Revisions & Change Management

    • Budget increases or reductions

    • Flight date shifts

    • Creative swaps or additions

    • Targeting or platform mix changes

  • Confirm that updates are reflected accurately across platforms and internal trackers

Cross-Team Coordination

  • Work closely with creative, strategy, and account teams to ensure smooth execution

  • Coordinate asset needs, specs, and deadlines with production teams

  • Support senior buyers/planners by handling executional and platform-level details

Administrative & Quality Control

  • Maintain organized records of campaigns, budgets, and platform settings

  • Follow internal QA processes to minimize errors and platform issues

  • Stay current on platform changes, ad specs, and best practices

  • Support compliance and approval workflows as required (including political or regulated advertising, where applicable)

Ideal Background

  • 1–3 years of experience in paid digital media planning, buying, or platform execution

  • Hands-on familiarity with platforms such as Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads/YouTube, and/or DSPs

  • Strong attention to detail and comfort working with budgets, spreadsheets, and dashboards

  • Organized, reliable, and proactive — able to manage multiple campaigns at once

  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving, early-stage or growth-oriented agency environment

  • Clear communicator who can surface issues early and ask smart questions
