JOB TITLE: Junior Dropship Manager
LOCATION: New York, NY (On-site | Monday–Friday, 10am–6pm)

JOB PURPOSE:
The Junior Dropship Manager will be responsible for overseeing and expanding the brand’s drop ship channel across key retail partners, both domestic and international. This role ensures seamless operations, timely order fulfillment, and successful product launches in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all drop ship accounts (domestic and international), including major retailers such as Farfetch, Saks, Nordstrom, Bloomingdale’s, Amazon Fashion, and others.

  • Oversee order processing and maintenance including pick ticket creation, ASNs, and market reorders.

  • Ensure timely and accurate upload of product data, imagery, and copy for each new collection.

  • Upload assortments and sync inventory using platforms like Cymbio, Mirakl, and other retailer portals.

  • Collaborate with the Planning team to manage inventory levels and product availability.

  • Coordinate with 3PL partners to ensure timely and efficient order shipments.

  • Maintain compliance with shipping and routing requirements, including all EDI documentation.

  • Create and distribute line sheets and ATS (Available to Sell) packages for full-price and off-price accounts.

  • Support onboarding of new dropship partners, ensuring a smooth integration process.

  • Analyze selling reports across channels to identify trends, optimize product performance, and drive reorders.

  • Collaborate with internal teams (E-commerce, Planning, Logistics, Warehouse, Customer Service) for operational alignment.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve fulfillment, billing, or compliance issues.

  • Supervise warehouse operations when needed to meet service level agreements (SLAs).


Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in dropship, wholesale, or logistics within the fashion industry.

  • Strong working knowledge of Shopify (required) and ApparelMagic (preferred).

  • Experience using Cymbio and Mirakl platforms (required).

  • Proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and data analysis.

  • Familiarity with WMS, EDI platforms, and open warehouse environments is a plus.

  • Proven ability to manage production, allocate resources, and ensure accurate order fulfillment.

  • Strong understanding of drop shipping and e-commerce fulfillment processes.

  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.

  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for working with cross-functional teams and external partners.

  • Commitment to upholding and improving operational compliance standards.
