Linear TV Sales Planner

Position Overview

Seeking a detail-oriented Linear Sales Planner for a well know brand to manage the RFP process, support sales teams, and coordinate with internal departments for campaign execution and client requests.

Location: NYC (Mon-Thu in office, Friday remote)
Rate: $36/hr
Duration: 6+ months (eligible for benefits)

• Manage RFPs from proposal to order entry across assigned brands.
• Collaborate with Sales, Revenue Management, Ad Ops, and other teams.
• Handle budget revisions, optimizations, and campaign reporting needs.
• Maintain pipeline and assist with billing processes.
• Identify and recommend process improvements.

Requirements

• 2+ years in linear sales planning or media buying (agency experience accepted).
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with media math, Operative One, and TV landscape is a plus.
