Location: Santa Monica, CA (Hybrid – 4 days onsite, Fridays remote)

A leading entertainment studio is seeking a Senior Manager, Product Marketing to help lead the development and execution of a new loyalty initiative designed to enhance subscriber value and engagement.
The ideal candidate brings a blend of technical acumen and marketing strategy, with a background in product marketing for subscription-based or digital platforms. This role will focus heavily on building and managing the backend infrastructure needed to support a scalable and data-driven loyalty experience.
What You’ll Do:
- Act as the connection point between loyalty, product, and engineering teams to support backend operations for subscriber benefits
- Manage the setup and execution of program infrastructure including microsite development, tagging, data measurement, and reporting
- Drive cross-functional collaboration with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure seamless delivery and performance
- Oversee integration of this loyalty initiative with other engagement programs within the studio’s ecosystem
- Lead product development and performance discussions, influence decisions, and ensure alignment with subscriber experience goals
What You’ll Bring:
- 7+ years of experience in product marketing, loyalty programs, product management, or strategy—preferably within subscription services
- Strong analytical mindset and comfort working with data to optimize campaign and platform performance
- Demonstrated success managing complex projects in highly matrixed environments
- Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and actionable plans
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills
