The Manager, Content Marketing will help bring high-visibility content launches to market by coordinating global campaign activity, aligning stakeholders, and ensuring every phase of execution runs smoothly and on schedule.

In this role, you will support multi-channel marketing efforts tied to major content releases, helping manage communications, approvals, timelines, and deliverables across a wide range of internal teams. You will play a key part in transforming campaign strategy into organized, customer-focused execution across owned, earned, and paid media touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the execution of multi-phase go-to-market campaigns for high-profile global content releases.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams including creative, social, editorial, PR, CRM, content, and operations.
  • Manage campaign communications, project timelines, approvals, and deliverables from planning through launch and post-campaign wrap-up.
  • Establish clear processes and cadence for sharing information across teams and stakeholders.
  • Track campaign assets and ensure all components are delivered accurately and on time.
  • Identify risks or bottlenecks early and help resolve issues that could impact campaign performance.
  • Assist with gathering and organizing reporting and performance metrics before, during, and after campaign flights.
  • Help maintain a seamless customer journey designed to improve engagement, conversion, acquisition, and retention.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in content marketing, entertainment marketing, or related consumer marketing roles.
  • Experience supporting campaigns across paid media, organic social, and email marketing channels.
  • Strong project management, process management, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Highly detail-oriented, proactive, and solution-focused.
  • Ability to think strategically while managing day-to-day tactical execution.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
  • Passion for audio entertainment and content-driven customer experiences.
