Job Title: Marketing Project Manager – Integrated Campaigns
Location: Orlando, FL
Schedule: Hybrid – 4 days/wk onsite (Mon- Thurs and Fri remote)
Employment Type: Contract, 40 hours/wk
Job Summary: Manage all client campaigns through the project lifecycle, including scoping projects and timelines, creating estimates, managing budgets, and maintaining work-back schedules. Facilitate consistent communication among Creative, Project Management, and Account Management teams to ensure on-time delivery of campaigns that meet budget, schedule, and quality standards. Work closely with vendors and contractors to manage scope, budget, and quality of tactical deliverables supporting overarching campaign goals. Proactively anticipate and resolve problems while identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and prevent scope creep and budget waste.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Project Lifecycle Management (40%): Lead project kickoff meetings, presenting key deliverables, initial specifications, timelines, and budgets. Monitor budgets and schedules daily, prevent scope creep, manage work-back schedules, and proactively address potential delays. Oversee quality of all deliverables and ensure smooth handoff between creative and technical teams.

Project/Program Administration (25%): Facilitate project progress from estimation through launch and maintenance. Manage project transactions weekly and ensure all projects are delivered on quality, on time, and within budget.

Vendor Management (15%): Develop estimates, confirm vendor selection, and manage production schedules for print and production work. Ensure proper handoff of production-ready files and accurate representation of outside costs within internal systems.

Resource Management (10%): Monitor project activities and resourcing daily, address underutilization issues with leadership, and arrange regular meetings to discuss active projects and resource allocation concerns.

Additional Responsibilities (10%): May assume responsibilities typical of other project management roles as needed, participate actively in environmental, health and safety responsibilities, and perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong experience with creative workflows for print, video, and digital production.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university, preferably in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Project Management, Business, or related fields.
- Preferred: PMP or other project management certifications.
- 5+ years of corporate experience in marketing and advertising strategy development and tactical execution, with preferable supervisory experience.
- Experience in in-house creative agencies or marketing/advertising environments is strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with project management software such as Workamajig, Basecamp, Workfront, or MS Project, with Workamajig/WorkFront preferred.
- Working knowledge of MAC OS and Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
