Job Title: Marketing Coordinator
Location: San Francisco, CA- hybrid schedule
Duration: 5+ month contract- 40 hours/weekly
Pay Rate: $28.00-$30.00/hr
Responsibilities:

Content Management & Execution: Collaborate with Creative, CA regional teams, and cross-functional groups to ensure timely and accurate handoff of assets, while overseeing site and blog content launches, including building, scheduling, and QAing content in CMS.

Cross-Channel Messaging Alignment: Work with marketing teams (app, site, email, demand generation) to ensure consistent messaging and alignment across channels, coordinating site content launches with other channel timelines.

CMS Operations & Asset Uploads: Manage the end-to-end process of uploading content into the CMS, including site assets, editorial content, PLP/PDP, and blog content, ensuring seamless execution with minimal risks.

Performance Analysis & Reporting: Analyze site content performance using tools like Tableau, and Adobe, providing regular insights and optimization recommendations to the team, especially during peak seasons.

Ongoing QA & Optimization: Continuously monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize site content performance to ensure flawless execution, conducting frequent QA and collaborating with technical teams when necessary.
