Partnership Marketing Coordinator (Strategic Brand Partnerships – Entertainment & Media)
We’re seeking a Partnership Marketing Coordinator to support go-to-market strategies for high-profile entertainment and media brand partnerships. This role ensures cross-functional alignment, partner launch readiness, and seamless execution across campaigns. Working closely with Partnership Managers, the coordinator will oversee timelines, streamline communications, and manage creative approvals while serving as a key liaison between internal teams and external partners.
Responsibilities
- Support go-to-market planning and execution for entertainment and media partnerships
- Manage timelines, communications, and creative approvals to ensure smooth campaign launches
- Act as a connector between internal stakeholders and external partners, ensuring accurate information flow and asset delivery
- Help maintain organization of marketing assets and creative materials
- Contribute to high-quality execution across promotional campaigns and initiatives that engage audiences
Basic Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in marketing, partnerships, or entertainment/media-related fields
- Strong program management skills and ability to work across multiple stakeholders
- Experience organizing and tracking creative or marketing deliverables
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to adapt messaging for different audiences
- Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines in fast-paced environments
- Ability to quickly build relationships and foster collaboration
- Familiarity with the entertainment, streaming, or digital media landscape a plus
- Proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Office, Keynote, PowerPoint, and project management tools (e.g., Airtable)
