Marketing Manager – ONSITE
This position plays a key role in managing day-to-day marketing initiatives, partnering with cross-functional teams and external partners. This role requires exceptional organization, project management, and the ability to manage many moving parts at once.
- Own and manage marketing workflows across a variety of projects, keeping timelines, deliverables, and stakeholders aligned.
- Act as the central point of coordination for external and internal partners; ensure requests are prioritized and executed accurately.
- Plan and deliver marketing programs programs, local events, and on-site activations from concept through post-event reporting.
- Ensure all marketing materials are properly updated, managed and maintained
- Coordinate creative production for print and digital channels, including gathering inputs, routing approvals, and maintaining version control.
- Manage social and seasonal campaign calendars; track performance and recommend optimizations based on results.
- Update website content as needed; support email campaign execution and reporting.
- Create polished presentations, one-pagers, and recaps
- Track budgets, purchase requests, and invoices; support vendor onboarding and ensure documentation is complete and timely.
- Provide project leadership across multiple concurrent initiatives, anticipating risks, removing blockers, and meeting deadlines.
- 4+ years marketing experience in a corporate environment
- Experience working within corporate retail preferred
- Exceptional organization and project management skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build effective relationships with internal and external partners
