Marketing ManagerLocation: Saint Paul, Minnesota
Mobile Pro Systems is seeking a skilled Marketing Manager to lead and grow our marketing function while providing tactical execution support.
Role Overview
This full-time role is ideal for a proactive, autonomous marketing professional with 7–8+ years of experience who thrives in a hands-on, less-structured environment typical of small to medium-sized companies. The Marketing Manager will take ownership of the marketing function with primary responsibilities in driving content creation, email marketing / campaign management, and operational support.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft and iterate marketing content independently – primarily short-form, engaging content for blogs, PDFs, social media, and email campaigns.
- Collect and repurpose existing marketing materials to maximize impact.
- Manage email marketing efforts and continuously improve data quality (excel-based systems).
- Design polished graphics for marketing assets and partner promotions.
- Coordinate trade show logistics and support basic back-end marketing operations.
- Operate efficiently in an environment with manual processes and limited automation.
- Collaborate with a small team including a coordinator and part-time web developer.
Desired Experience & Skills
- 7–8+ years in marketing roles with increasing responsibility (high-end coordinator or low-end manager level).
- Experience in B2B marketing and B2B content generation is a must.
- Experience managing & optimizing email marketing campaigns (currently working in excel).
- Graphic design capabilities to create sales enablement materials & polish existing marketing assets.
- Ability to manage trade show logistics.
- Manufacturing industry experience is a plus; and capital equipment and/or security sector experience is helpful but not required. Not interested in strong consumer product backgrounds as they don’t align to B2B focus.
- Comfortable working autonomously without extensive support systems.
- Proactive mindset with a hunger to own and grow the marketing function within the business.
Work Environment & Expectations
The company culture is very much in-office focused as a manufacturer, so would want employee in most of the time for onboarding the first 6-months. Flexible culture but primarily in office.
