Job Title: Marketing Operations Program Specialist

Location: Cupertino, CA- hybrid schedule
Duration: 6 month contract- 40 hours/week
Pay Rate: $58.95-$63.95/hour

Job Summary:
Our client is looking for an experienced Marketing Operations Program Specialist. The Marketing Operations Team plays a key role in enabling on-device communications and automated messaging for their media products and services. The team focuses on the timely delivery, strategy, and execution of in-app messaging sent to millions of users across multiple services.

The ideal candidate brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in CRM issue/crisis analysis for marketing operations and execution. You have experience in online services (SAAS) and are comfortable with subscription-based services at scale. Your primary focus will be on analyzing business processes and CRM platform needs by identifying areas for improvement and optimization.

Responsibilities:
• Demonstrate strong technical and people problem-solving skills and the ability to structure problems into actionable insights.
• Develop and implement data analysis strategies, methodologies, and best practices to align with organizational goals.
• Have the ability to direct large cross-functional teams to drive system-scale process and platform improvement (having AI/ML experience is a plus).
• Deliver weekly and monthly IT reports. Translate data insights into clear, concise, and actionable reports for stakeholders, influencing tech development strategy and decision-making.
• Create technical documentation to capture incident/issue symptom, root cause, business impact, and resolution.

Key Qualifications:
• At least 5-10 years in analytics or related roles.
• Deep technical knowledge with marketing CRM system such as Salesforce or others. Specialize in software and system issue identifications and classifications.
• Excellent IT problem solving and interpersonal skills. Owning analytic program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
• Experience with creating clear and concise reports, presentations, and visualizations to communicate findings and recommendations.
• Experience gathering data from various sources, cleaning and organizing it, and applying analytical techniques to identify technical issue trends, patterns, and anomalies.
• Proficiency in SQL, Tableau, and tools for data analysis and reporting.

Education:
BA/BS or advanced degree in Analytics, Marketing, or Engineering.
