Job description

The Senior Marketing Services Manager leads the execution of the hotel’s marketing initiatives, owning the annual Marketing Plan, and driving digital and revenue-generating marketing programs. Only candidates with experience in Luxury Hotels will be considered.

Location: NYC (5 days in office)

Salary: $90-100k (+benefits)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage the hotel’s annual Marketing Plan, including strategies, timelines, and budgets.
  • Drive digital marketing, e-commerce, and e-business initiatives to ensure performance and measurable results.
  • Create and execute marketing campaigns across print, digital, and on-property channels.
  • Manage marketing assets, including collateral, photography, video content, and digital listings, maintaining brand consistency.
  • Analyze marketing and digital performance metrics to optimize campaigns and inform decision-making.
  • Identify new opportunities for revenue growth and market visibility through creative and strategic initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and manage third-party agencies to align marketing with business objectives and ensure successful outcomes.
  • Plan and execute creative initiatives such as photo and video shoots aligned to brand standards.

Secondary Responsibilities:

  • Support PR and social media efforts to ensure alignment with brand strategy.
  • Conduct competitor and market research to inform marketing initiatives.
  • Assist with operational marketing tasks within a small team.

Technical Skills and Experience Required:

  • Manage the Hotel CMS, PMS, booking engine, and website backend management.

  • Oversight of OTA and hotel distribution (rates and room distribution).

  • Manage and optimize digital marketing performance including Retail Web Revenue, Metasearch ROAS, and Digital Marketing ROAS.
  • Use Adobe Analytics for campaign management, conversion tracking, and reporting.
  • Manage CRM campaigns with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Maintain brand audit standards and reputation management across digital platforms.
  • Optimize Google Listing impressions and traffic using YEXT.
  • Budget management and strategic interpretation of market trends.
  • Experience with digital marketing agencies is a plus.
