Summary
We’re looking for a seasoned lifecycle marketer with a passion for growing consumer subscription businesses. As a Customer Lifecycle Strategist, you’ll collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, operations, analytics, design, and business teams to develop and optimize programs that drive engagement and maximize subscriber value — all in a privacy-first way.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and refine customer engagement and retention strategies for subscription services
- Drive continuous optimization through A/B testing and data-driven insights
- Define customer journeys, value propositions, and educational messaging
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across multiple time zones
- Build strategic plans to improve performance against key metrics
- Maintain clear operational briefs to ensure smooth campaign execution
- Implement a feedback loop to drive continuous improvement
Minimum Qualifications
- 5–7 years leading lifecycle marketing programs for consumer subscription services
- Proven success improving engagement and retention
- Expertise in email, push, and in-app marketing strategies
- Strong project management skills with sharp attention to detail
- Deep knowledge of A/B testing and performance optimization
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and gain cross-team alignment
- Bachelor’s degree required
