Manager, Advertising & Media (Temp)

5 month contract, potential to extend
$50/pay (w2, paid weekly and eligible for benefits)
9-6pm, 40 hrs a week
Hybrid, Burbank/Glendale

We’re looking for a Manager, Advertising & Media to lead the development and execution of marketing campaigns across TV, streaming, digital, social, print, and more. This role manages agency relationships, oversees asset delivery, and partners with internal teams to ensure campaigns are strategic, creative, and delivered on time.

What You’ll Do

• Drive campaign strategy and creative development with internal stakeholders and external agencies
• Manage timelines, approvals, and delivery of marketing assets across platforms
• Source content and coordinate with creative, social, and production teams
• Review and analyze media plans, placements, and campaign performance
• Provide insights and recommendations to optimize campaigns

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years in entertainment marketing (TV, streaming, theatrical) or agency-side on similar accounts
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to collaborate across teams
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Photoshop/marketing tools a plus
• Experience with media planning and campaign analysis preferred
