Title: Paid Social, Planner
We are seeking a highly skilled Media Planner, Paid Social with experience working in a marketing or advertising agency. This role will focus on hands-on activation and performance management across Meta, TikTok, and Reddit. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented, platform-savvy practitioner who can independently own campaigns from build to reporting, without direct people management responsibilities.
Schedule: 40 hours per week (remote or hybrid ok)

Rate: $30-40/hr (+benefits through 24Seven)
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, set up, and optimize paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and Reddit in alignment with client goals and KPIs.
- Execute day-to-day campaign management, including trafficking, QA, pacing, bid and budget adjustments, and creative rotations.
- Monitor performance in-platform and via reporting tools to identify trends, diagnose issues, and propose optimization strategies.
- Support the development of test-and-learn roadmaps (audiences, creatives, placements, bidding strategies) across social platforms.
- Prepare clear performance reports and insights, highlighting results, key learnings, and next-step recommendations.
- Collaborate with internal account, strategy, and creative teams to ensure campaigns are on-brief and aligned with broader media and brand strategies.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of paid social best practices, platform updates, and new ad products across Meta, TikTok, and Reddit.
- Ensure campaigns adhere to client guidelines, brand standards, and applicable platform policies.
Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience planning and managing paid social campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, and Reddit.
- Demonstrated ability to independently manage campaigns end-to-end (setup, optimization, reporting) without direct reports.
- Strong understanding of paid social fundamentals, including audience targeting, bidding strategies, attribution, and measurement.
- Comfort working remotely in a fast-paced environment, effectively managing time and priorities across multiple campaigns.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and translate it into actionable insights and optimizations.
- Clear, concise communication skills, both written and verbal, for internal stakeholders and reporting documentation.
- Prior experience with health or pharmaceutical clients preferred but not required.
