Merchandise Operations Specialist

Location: Alameda, CA- Onsite
Duration: Contract starting ASAP going until end of January 2026- 40 hours/weekly
Pay Rate: $23.00/hr

Role Overview:
We’re seeking a Merchandising Operations Specialist to support our client’s team with efficient sample management and cross-department communication. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Open, sort, and organize incoming product samples

• Deliver samples to appropriate departments or merchants

• Communicate sample status and locations via Microsoft Outlook and Teams

• Maintain clear and timely communication with internal teams

• Lift and move packages (20–30 lbs.) as needed

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Teams

• Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple tasks effectively
