Overview:
As our Logistics & Operations Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind operations — ensuring product seamlessly flows from production to customer, whether that’s a retail store, a wholesale partner, or an e-commerce drop. This highly cross-functional role works closely with marketing, e-commerce, wholesale, retail, legal, and customer experience teams to support new launches, special projects, and ongoing business operations.
Responsibilities:
Logistics & Supply Chain
• Plan and schedule international shipments (air and ocean) from our factories to our LA 3PL.
• Serve as the main liaison with freight forwarders, ocean carriers, 3PL, and parcel carriers.
• Track shipments, book delivery appointments, and reconcile freight and duty costs by PO.
• Maintain import documents, conduct freight audits, and develop contingency plans for supply chain disruptions.
3PL & Fulfillment Operations
• Oversee 3PL performance including inbound receiving, outbound shipping SLAs, and order accuracy.
• Manage customer escalations related to fulfillment, and approve/track 3PL invoices.
Wholesale & Retail Operations
• Manage relationships with 7+ wholesale partners — overseeing buys, POs, production timelines, and logistics.
• Support retail operations for Leap-managed stores: run business reviews, lead new store openings, support events, and drive revenue performance.
• Oversee routing guides, ATS availability, and product data distribution for both wholesale and retail channels.
E-Commerce Operations
• Manage core non-marketing e-commerce systems (Shopify, Flip Shop, TikTok Shop, Loop, Avalara, Route, etc.).
• Oversee preorder setup, order management, fraud prevention, and chargebacks.
Special Projects
• Oversee trademarks portfolio (company, fabric, slogans).
• Plan and execute quarterly pop-up events and partner sample sales, from sourcing to post-event reporting.
Qualifications:
• 5–7 years of experience in logistics, operations, or supply chain, ideally in consumer goods, apparel, or retail.
• 1–2 years of people management experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of international freight, 3PL management, and multi-channel distribution.
• Excellent project management, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset — you love making things run smoothly behind the scenes.
