Photo Creative Producer (Contract) – Wellness & Health Brand

We’re hiring an experienced Photo Creative Producer to support a fast-moving wellness & health client. This is a short-term contract role for someone who can take a creative brief and budget and independently bring photo shoots to life from concept through execution.
What You’ll Do
- Own end-to-end production for multiple photo shoots
- Source, scout, and secure Southern California–based locations
- Cast and coordinate models, HMU (hair & makeup), stylists, photographers, and additional crew as needed
- Pull together full shoot teams and manage schedules, logistics, and timelines
- Translate creative briefs and budgets into executable production plans
- Manage vendor outreach, estimates, and cost tracking to stay within budget
- Oversee shoot days and ensure smooth, on-brand execution
- Partner closely with internal creative and marketing stakeholders
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a Photo Producer or Creative Producer (senior-level, not entry)
- Strong background producing lifestyle, wellness, or health-focused photo shoots
- Deep network of SoCal locations, talent, and production vendors
- Highly organized, resourceful, and comfortable working autonomously
- Ability to problem-solve quickly and keep production moving under tight timelines
- Comfortable jumping in quickly and hitting the ground running
Nice to Have
- Experience working with wellness, fitness, beauty, or health brands
- Familiarity with lean teams and fast-turn production environments
