We’re looking for an experienced Photo Producer to manage photoshoots and licensing projects for high-profile digital experiences. In this role, you’ll partner with creative teams to lead productions end-to-end — from planning through execution and delivery.

What You’ll Do

• Produce and manage photography + motion shoots across multiple formats
• Oversee high-volume licensing projects with agencies and photographers
• Negotiate contracts, manage budgets, and ensure on-time delivery
• Partner with Art Directors, Producers, and cross-functional teams

What We’re Looking For

• 8+ years of photo production experience with a strong portfolio
• Expertise in shoot production, licensing, and vendor negotiations
• Strong organizational, budget management, and communication skills
• Based in Los Angeles; on-site in Culver City 3 days/week; occasional travel
