  • Drive engagement and buy-in at all organizational levels, skillfully managing conflicting feedback and facilitating cohesive decision-making.
  • Assess change impacts, identify issues, and collaborate with subject matter experts to develop and implement mitigation tactics.
  • Craft clear, targeted communications for internal stakeholders to ensure thorough understanding and readiness for new initiatives.
  • Coordinate efforts across Marketing, Communications, IT, HR, and other departments to enable integrated execution.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • 10+ years of experience in program or process change management, preferably with major brand or organizational transitions.
  • Strong communications and marketing background essential; expert in using PM tools such as Workfront, Asana, or Monday.com to manage complex projects.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills to navigate ambiguity and competing priorities with empathy and finesse.
  • Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail and a polished presence for engaging senior leadership and diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience working collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams, with a proven track record of facilitating prioritization and alignment.
  • Preference for candidates based in Minnesota or familiar with the healthcare landscape, with availability for on-site meetings.

Engagement Details:

  • Start Date: Immediately
  • Duration: Approximately 6+ months, through Q2 2026 with possibilities for extension
  • Hours: 30–40 hours per week, flexible as project phases ebb and flow

Join us as we lead a transformative journey that redefines our organizational identity and cultural vision. If you bring strategic change expertise, a strong marketing perspective, and a passion for impactful program leadership, we’d like to hear from you.
