Design Producer – Internal Tools

Location: Must be Near LAX or Cupertino to be considered.

Employment Type: 3 month contract

We’re looking for a Design Producer to support our Tooling team in creating intuitive, web-based platforms. In this role, you’ll work closely with UX designers, product managers, and engineers to plan, organize, and deliver high-quality tools that improve workflows across the company.

What You’ll Do:

• Drive project timelines, milestones, and communication across cross-functional teams
• Facilitate design reviews, workshops, and planning sessions
• Ensure seamless handoff from design to engineering
• Help streamline internal design workflows and improve team operations

What We’re Looking For:

• 7+ years of experience in design production, digital project management, or product operations
• Strong grasp of UX/UI workflows and internal tool design
• Skilled in managing multiple projects and aligning cross-functional teams
• Proficient with tools like Figma, Asana, and JIRA
