Experience with Ulta and/or fragrance is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop clear consumer-driven positioning, claims, and messaging to differentiate products in a competitive landscape.

  • Build and execute retail-minded go-to-market strategies across key channels, including Ulta (highly preferred), DTC, and other national retailers.

  • Create comprehensive GTM toolkits, including product briefs, training decks, launch calendars, competitive analyses, and brand storytelling assets.

  • Drive sampling strategy, including forecasting, operational planning, retailer partnerships, and performance analysis.

  • Partner cross-functionally with Product Development, Creative, Sales, Education, Operations, and Finance to ensure cohesive launch execution.

  • Monitor category and competitive trends in skincare (and fragrance, if relevant) to inform pipeline and product innovation.

  • Analyze post-launch performance to identify opportunities for optimization and future growth.

  • Support brand storytelling and visual merchandising as needed to ensure cohesive product narratives across all touchpoints.

Qualifications

  • 5–8+ years of product marketing experience, with required experience in skincare.

  • Experience working with or launching products in Ulta is preferred

  • Strong understanding of retail dynamics, merchandising, and consumer behavior.

  • Proven track record of leading GTM planning and developing comprehensive toolkits.
