Project Coordinator
Best Buy is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Freelance Project Coordinator to support our operations team. This tactical role requires managing multiple tasks efficiently and ensuring smooth coordination between stores, suppliers, and internal systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and assess store requests related to damaged or missing parts.
- Organize and prioritize orders to improve fulfillment accuracy and timeliness.
- Follow up with suppliers to monitor order status and resolve any issues.
- Confirm delivery of parts by assigned due dates to maintain operational continuity.
- Run and analyze reports within Oracle and Ariba systems to track purchase order (PO) progress.
- Ensure POs are processed accurately and flow correctly through internal systems.
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Experience or familiarity with Oracle procurement systems is preferred; training will be provided as needed.
- Advanced Excel skills including the ability to create pivot tables and use VLOOKUP functions effectively.
- Excellent communication skills for liaising with suppliers and internal teams.
