Project Manager
Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional projects focused on systems integrations, process improvements, and new service capabilities.
• Partner with internal teams and clients to define project plans, timelines, priorities, and deliverables.
• Support customer onboarding, scaling initiatives, and operational improvements across the supply chain.
• Identify project risks, manage escalations, and communicate progress to key stakeholders.
• Help improve workflows, reporting, and overall service delivery through strong project coordination.

Qualifications

• Strong project management, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Understanding of supply chain operations and related business processes.
• Prior experience in corporate apparel, accessories, or CPG is preferred.
• Business Systems Analyst experience may be transferable.
• Experience with systems integrations, process optimization, ERP, WMS, SCM, or similar business platforms is a plus.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• PMP certification is a plus
