Project Manager, Photoshoots

Full-Time | Hybrid – Near Anaheim, CA

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and resourceful Photo Shoot Producer to lead creative production efforts for consumer-focused brands in the CPG, music, and lifestyle space. This role plays a key part in developing compelling photo and content assets—from concept to execution—for digital, retail, and experiential campaigns.

As the go-to for on-set logistics, talent coordination, and project flow, the ideal candidate thrives in high-volume, fast-paced environments. You’re a natural communicator, collaborative under pressure, and always a few steps ahead when it comes to planning and production.

What You’ll Do

• Produce and manage content across digital, print, and retail touchpoints
• Oversee photoshoot logistics, location scouting, crew/talent management, and on-set execution
• Manage timelines, approvals, and cross-functional coordination using ClickUp
• Liaise between internal creative teams, vendors, and stakeholders
• Lead kickoff calls, status meetings, and post-project recaps
• Maintain strong creative quality while optimizing process and budget

What You Bring

• 5+ years of experience in creative production or marketing project management
• Proven experience with music or lifestyle brands
• Expertise in on-set production, location and talent logistics
• Familiarity with creative project tools—ClickUp preferred
• Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Adobe Creative Suite a plus
• Ability to travel as needed, maybe over the weekend and/or with limited notice
