Publishing Designer
DecoPac Inc. is seeking a talented Freelance Publishing Designer 30 hours/week hybrid in Anoka, to shape the visual presentation of our product marketing materials across print and digital platforms. The ideal candidate will bring strong graphic design expertise, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver engaging and polished publications.
Responsibilities
- Create and refine the overall visual style and layout for DecoPac’s marketing publications in both digital and print formats.
- Design page layouts that effectively showcase content and enhance reader engagement.
- Curate photography and illustrations from existing assets or coordinate the creation of custom artwork to complete project visuals.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure all materials align with company standards and meet customer expectations.
- Perform additional design-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- 2-5 years of professional experience in graphic or digital design.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field preferred.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Strong grasp of typography, color theory, composition, and layout principles.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, Teams, PowerPoint, Excel), including experience coordinating webinars or online meetings.
