Position Summary

The Quality Assurance Specialist will play a key role in supporting the product quality lifecycle — from formulation through commercialization. This hybrid role requires a meticulous and organized individual experienced in batch approval, stability and claims testing, and regulatory registrations across global markets. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and bring both precision and passion to everything from documentation to cross-functional coordination.

Key Responsibilities

  • Batch Release & Quality Review
    Review batch records, Certificates of Analysis (COAs), and manufacturing documents to ensure conformance with product specifications.
    Approve batches for release in alignment with internal standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Stability & Claims Testing
    Coordinate and track stability studies for new and existing products.
    Collaborate with R&D and Product Development teams to support claims substantiation protocols.
    Maintain test documentation and prepare summary reports for internal review and external stakeholders.
  • Documentation & Compliance
    Maintain accurate and organized quality records, including product specifications, change controls, and non-conformance reports.
    Support the creation and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), QA checklists, and QA logs.
  • Regulatory Registrations & Submissions
    Support product registrations and notifications for global markets, including WERCS, EU CPNP, and other regional portals.
    Ensure proper documentation and formatting for Safety Data Sheets (SDS), International Fragrance Association (IFRA) standards, and ingredient listings for compliance purposes.
  • Cross-Functional Support
    Work closely with Operations, R&D, and Supply Chain to identify and resolve quality-related issues.
    Liaise with external labs and manufacturers as needed to coordinate testing and documentation.
