Leading consumer goods company is seeking a driven and personable Recruiting Coordinator to join their team for an immediate contract role!
**This role works onsite. Only local and available candidates will be considered
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide general support to the recruiting team
- Assist in communicating with applicants and external agency partners
- Coordinate and schedule interviews
- Conduct initial phone screens as needed
- Maintain recruitment process for various roles, keeping applicants and recruiting team up-to-date on the process
- Update and maintain Open Jobs report on a daily and weekly basis
- 1-3 years corporate recruiting / recruitment support experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage a variety of tasks and prioritize as needed
- High level of attention to detail
- Savvy working within Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Experience working within an ATS system preferred
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter and other relevant job boards
