24 Seven is partnering with a top global sportswear client to help them find a Retail Marketing Designer for this onsite position in Boston, MA. This is an 8 month contract with potential to extend working 4 days a week onsite. While on contract, you’d be eligible for benefits including medical, dental, vision, and more.
Ideal Candidate: will have at least 3–5 years of experience in retail brand and account marketing, skilled in creating consumer journeys and in-store programs, with expertise in retail operations, visual merchandising, multi-channel marketing, and digital platforms including apps, email, SEO, and social media.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We’re seeking a Designer with strong graphic design skills, a passion for footwear, and experience creating retail design solutions. The ideal candidate is entrepreneurial, resourceful, collaborative, and driven to deliver impactful work.
This role will lead the design and development of marketing assets that bring retail stories to life year-round, driving traffic and conversion in stores. You’ll partner with Retail Marketing, Brand, Global Retail Concepts, and external vendors to ensure cohesive execution.
Responsibilities include designing brand-right marketing materials, developing retail standards, and managing projects from brief to final delivery.
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
You will be the driver of retail marketing plans from inception to creation, and to execution. Your marketing approach will support larger brand and retail priorities, create distinction and contribute to connected, 365 storytelling across the marketplace.
Responsibilities will include:
Retail Marketing Executions: Build integrated marketing plans for stores, managing briefs, feedback, geographic release, deployment readiness, and post-launch analysis.
Retail Concepts Marketing: Develop marketing designs and principles across retail formats, collaborating with Stores, Experience, and Business teams to define 365 Marketing components.
365 Retail Standards: Create assets and training tools for Product Presentation and Visual Merchandising, partnering with marketing and training teams to scale standards globally.
Store Signage: Manage creation and deployment of in-store signage, ensuring alignment with promotions, CRM, product hierarchy, and operational needs to enhance store experience.
CRM & Traffic Driving: Design assets that attract and engage customers, using consumer insights to build targeted implementation strategies for repeat visits.
Market Visits: Conduct market visits to evaluate marketing execution and competitors, providing actionable feedback to improve seasonal plans and consumer experiences.
Requirements:
• 3-5 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably with a focus on retail brand/account marketing
• Experience developing retail consumer journeys and programming at retail
• Understanding of retail, visual merchandising, marketplace, consumer experience, and multi-channel marketing
• Understanding of digital platforms including Apps, Email, SEO, Performance Marketing and Social Media
• Ability to lead and manage multiple projects while remaining detail-oriented and able to deliver against functional deadlines
• Ability to lead marketing plan development and execution process end-to-end
• Experience with managing budgets, authoring marketing briefs and working with external agencies
• Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and communication skills
• Analytical skills and business acumen. Proven capability to use data to drive business decisions & marketing optimization
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, experience or training
• Ability to travel domestically
