We are seeking a passionate customer and brand advocate with strong analytical capabilities, project management skills, and the ability to effectively prioritize in a fast-paced environment. This position supports our Vendor Management team, who act as P&L owners and hands-on operators for some of the world’s leading brands.
The Vendor Manager will work cross-functionally with teams such as supply chain, finance, and advertising to ensure the business is positioned for growth and long-term success. The right candidate is a strong communicator, detail-oriented, and excels at prioritizing multiple projects. We are looking for someone with a “can do” attitude, a passion for driving customer-centric outcomes, and a proven ability to deliver business results.
The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a passion for retail, flexibility to adapt to evolving priorities, and a high level of ownership and commitment.
Key Responsibilities
• Act as the business owner for assigned categories, with a complete understanding of tools, resources, and best practices to resolve defects in listings and ensure the best customer experience.
• Support the creation of promotions, monitor and analyze results, and drive toward business objectives.
• Identify selection gaps and work with vendors to resolve them in order to maximize business opportunities.
• Develop a deep understanding of customer needs, both existing and potential, and advocate for features and improvements that enhance the overall shopping experience.
• Partner with cross-functional teams and communicate with internal stakeholders while meeting tight deadlines.
• Conduct financial analysis of business opportunities to meet and exceed revenue and profitability targets.
Basic Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree
• 0–2 years of relevant experience
• Proficiency in Excel and data analysis
• Strong presentation, organization, and account management skills
Preferred Qualifications
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to manage multiple competing priorities
• Strong database and computer skills
• Proven track record of ownership and driving results
• Experience in process improvement
• Experience with pricing and selection strategy
• Experience in online retail or e-commerce account management
• Familiarity with analytical tools such as Google Analytics, SQL, or HTML
