**Hotel/Hospitality experience required!**
Onsite 5 days / week in Santa Monica

Role Summary
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Professional to drive brand awareness and cultivate strong relationships
with key stakeholders in the hospitality sector, including owners, operators, and designers.

This is a pure sales role—your core focus is connecting with the market, building relationships, and closing
deals. All administrative tasks, including quoting and documentation, are handled by our dedicated sales
support team, allowing you to spend your time where it matters most: driving revenue.
With an uncapped incentive structure, your earning potential is limited only by your ambition and success.

Key Responsibilities

• Market Engagement: Actively connect with hospitality owners, operators, and designers to build brand
awareness.
• Relationship Building: Foster trust-based, long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
• Consultative Selling: Understand client needs and position the right equipment solutions to meet project
goals.
• Closing Deals: Manage the sales process from lead qualification to deal closure—administrative tasks are
fully supported by our sales support team.
• Brand Advocacy: Represent our brand at industry events, conferences, and client meeting.

• Experience in opening high value opportunities.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, internal and client-based.
• Confidence in cold calling.
• High level of emotional intelligence to successfully convert cold and warm calls.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Time management and organisational skills.
• Skilled in CRM systems and using the available data to deliver results.
• A strong work ethic and desire to develop yourself and others.
• Desire to interact with different cultures and manage language barriers.
• Flexibility in dealing with different time zones.
• Previous experience in the hospitality industry – Management, Operations, Sales
