We’re looking for a Senior Brand Designer who blends creative excellence with strategic vision. You’ll shape the design direction for a leading consumer brand—building a cohesive global design language that delivers meaningful, human-centered experiences across every touchpoint.
In this role, you’ll establish the design strategy, lead a talented cross-disciplinary team, and collaborate with leaders across brand, product, and marketing to elevate how design drives innovation and business growth.

What You’ll Do
- Lead and mentor a cross-disciplinary design team within a global consumer-brand environment.
- Build and manage a focused design practice and network that uses user-centered insights to deliver powerful brand experiences, products, and services.
- Partner with divisional and executive leadership to establish mid- and long-term design strategy aligned with business goals.
- Champion design thinking across business units, inspiring creative collaboration and elevating design as a strategic advantage.
- Oversee execution of design excellence—from research and brand identity to product design, UX, and design operations.
- Steward iconic brand experiences across touchpoints, ensuring cohesive storytelling and creative expression worldwide.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Design, Design Research, or Design Management from an accredited institution.
- 7+ years of experience designing across diverse brand touchpoints, industries, or geographies in a corporate, agency, or institutional setting.
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Design, Business Strategy, or a related field—or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of multi-disciplinary design management experience.
- Proven record of building and nurturing iconic consumer brands on a global scale.
- 7–12 years of experience guiding products from conception through launch and post-launch evaluation.
- Inspirational communicator, storyteller, and creative thought leader within the design community.
- Visionary thinker with a growth mindset, constantly exploring new ways design can drive business results.
- Strong presentation and collaboration skills with cross-functional creative, brand, and marketing teams.
