Senior Community Manager, Social, Men’s Personal Care

Our client is hiring a Senior Community Manager, Social to support a global men’s personal care brand focused on grooming, skincare, hygiene, and lifestyle. This role is centered on community engagement and brand voice across TikTok and Instagram, ensuring the brand shows up authentically in conversations online and stays culturally relevant.
This position will play a key role in shaping how the brand interacts with creators, responds to trends, and maintains a consistent voice across social platforms. The role partners closely with creative, strategy, and marketing teams to support the content calendar and identify opportunities to engage audiences in real time.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day community engagement across TikTok and Instagram
- Write comments, replies, and captions aligned with brand tone of voice
- Monitor trends and identify reactive content opportunities
- Contribute culturally relevant ideas that support ongoing social content
- Partner with creative teams to support development of short-form content
- Engage with creators and online communities to strengthen brand relevance
- Help ensure social content feels native to platform culture
- Track engagement performance and identify opportunities for optimization
- Collaborate with internal teams to maintain consistency across campaigns
- Maintain awareness of emerging trends, creators, and conversations relevant to target audience
Qualifications:
- 4–7 years experience managing social media for consumer brands
- Strong copywriting skills and ability to adapt tone for different audiences
- Deep familiarity with TikTok and Instagram content ecosystems
- Experience engaging with online communities in a brand-safe way
- Strong understanding of internet culture and short-form content trends
- Ability to balance creativity with brand guidelines
- Experience in men’s grooming, beauty, lifestyle, sports, or CPG brands preferred
- Agency or in-house social team experience preferred
Must Haves:
- Experience managing social media for a consumer-facing brand with an active online community
- Strong understanding of TikTok culture and how brands participate authentically in conversations
- Experience writing captions, comments, and short-form copy aligned to a defined brand voice
- Ability to identify trends quickly and translate them into relevant social opportunities
- Experience working within brand guidelines while maintaining culturally relevant tone
- Background supporting lifestyle, personal care, grooming, beauty, sports, or CPG brands
- Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with frequent content cycles
- Strong understanding of how brands interact with creators and online audiences
- Experience collaborating with creative or content teams to support social execution
