Ideal Candidate: will have at least 5+ years of supply planning, inventory management, or related supply chain experience.

Role Overview:

The North America Supply & Inventory Planning (S&IP) team ensures healthy inventory across the region by aligning marketplace demand with supply. As part of Demand & Supply Management (DSM), we use insights and objectives to drive strategies that meet consumer needs.

We’re seeking a Senior Supply & Inventory Planner to oversee end-to-end planning for a key business segment. This role serves as the main contact for inventory needs, collaborating across teams to align demand with production and proactively address risks or disruptions.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-End Supply & Inventory Planning: Oversee the regular (weekly/bi-weekly) purchasing of finished goods, ensuring timely and efficient execution to support Consumer x Field of Play strategies.
• Supply Health Management: Create purchase orders, adjust supply parameters, and analyze opportunities for optimizing supply efficiency. Manage tradeoffs related to delivery timing and revenue opportunities, ensuring healthy inventory levels through proactive decision-making.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Consumer x FoP teams, DSM counterparts, Supply Chain, Merchandising, Brand, and Global Supply & Manufacturing Partners to ensure alignment on inventory targets and delivery expectations.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Leverage multiple reports and dashboards to track key metrics, identify risks, and drive solutions to ensure on-time delivery and inventory productivity. Provide regular updates to business partners on inventory status and performance.
• Problem Solving & Escalation: Address and resolve operational challenges, escalating issues as needed to ensure timely purchasing, on-time delivery, and overall inventory health.
• Process Improvement: Contribute to continuous process improvements by identifying opportunities to streamline workflows, optimize planning tools, and refine inventory management practices.

Qualifications:
• Minimum of 5 years of supply planning, inventory management, or related supply chain experience.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex data and translate it into strategic insights for diverse audiences.
• Ability to analyze large data sets, identify trends, and use data to inform decision-making.
• Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, macros) are essential.
• Ability to shift seamlessly between strategic, tactical, and operational responsibilities, with a focus on executing high-level plans while managing day-to-day operational details.
• Strong decision-making abilities, particularly in ambiguous or high-pressure situations, with a proactive approach to issue resolution.
• Superior interpersonal skills with experience building relationships across teams, functions, and regions.
• Familiarity with SAP ERP systems is preferred; proficiency in planning tools and software is a plus.
• Comfort working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
