One of our SMB clients in the medical spa and health/wellness industry is looking for a strategic Senior Marketing Consultant and Fractional CMO to join their team for a short-term engagement to deliver a comprehensive marketing plan.
This Senior Marketing Consultant will be working closely with the owner to assess the current marketing landscape and deliver a unified, data-informed marketing plan that aligns brand, acquisition, retention, and client experience into one scalable framework.
The Senior Marketing Consultant must be a go-getter and someone who has experience operating on a very consultative basis, and how is comfortable leading a discovery and audit phase, followed by development of a detailed strategic plan and actionable roadmap that identifies priorities, gaps, and opportunities for the next 12–18 months.Following completion of the marketing plan, there is potential for a continued fractional advisory relationship to help guide the early build-out of the marketing function and assemble a small team of specialized freelancers or partners to execute the plan in partnership with 24 Seven and our SketchDeck studio team.
Ideal Senior Marketing Consultant candidates will have:
– At least 10+ years experience in a senior marketing leadership (CMO, VP, or Director) for a B2C brick-and-mortar services brand – preferably in medical spas, aesthetics, health & wellness, luxury/cosmetics, or health services.
– Proven experience developing and implementing marketing strategies for multi-location or membership-based businesses.
– Strong understanding of brand architecture, performance marketing, retention, and analytics.
– Proven ability to evaluate current systems and translate insights into actionable plans.
– Collaborative, strategic leader comfortable working with founders and cross-functional stakeholders.
