The Senior Producer will lead the planning, production, and execution of complex creative and digital projects. Responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end production of integrated campaigns, digital experiences, and content initiatives

• Manage project timelines, budgets, scopes, and resources to ensure smooth delivery and creative excellence

• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, internal teams, and external vendors throughout project lifecycles

• Partner with creative, strategy, and account teams to align objectives, anticipate challenges, and provide proactive solutions

• Lead production planning, including shoot logistics, post-production coordination, and asset delivery

• Mentor junior producers and support process improvements across the production department

• Maintain detailed documentation and ensure adherence to agency standards and workflows

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of experience in production or project management within a creative, digital, or advertising agency

• Proven experience managing large-scale, multi-channel campaigns from concept to completion

• Strong understanding of digital production, video workflows, and content delivery processes

• Excellent client-facing communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills

• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Monday.com, Asana, Smartsheet) and production tracking systems

• Ability to lead multiple projects in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

• Detail-oriented with strong financial acumen and resource management experience
