Job Title: Senior Talent Acquisition Partner
Well-known consumer brand is seeking a strategic Talent Acquisition Partner for a Senior Recruiter position. This role requires someone who goes beyond traditional recruiting, truly partnering with the business. The ideal candidate is experienced in high-volume recruiting, highly organized, detailed-oriented, and creative. A key responsibility is to deliver an exceptional candidate and hiring team experience while playing a pivotal role in attracting top talent globally. The position involves contributing to programs and initiatives that elevate the hiring practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full-life cycle recruiting process, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience and consultative hiring manager experience.
- Connect with top talent at all levels through dynamic sourcing and recruiting strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and HR partners to identify hiring needs aligned with the business.
- Effectively communicate the recruiting process to hiring managers to ensure expectations are met and understood.
- Become a high-level subject matter expert for your roles and leverage various recruiting methods to network with top talent.
- Extend offers and ensure pre/post offer checks are conducted, processing candidates through to the on-boarding stage.
- Identify and attend relevant career fairs, open houses, and recruiting events.

Qualifications:
- Preferably hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
- 5+ years of recruiting experience within corporate setting
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills with strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
- Strong time management and organization skills; ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment is key
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, Adobe Sign, and HRIS Software.
- Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Candidate Management Systems (CMS), and HRIS or HRMS.
- High level of professionalism and the ability to maintain confidentiality are essential.
Compensation
This position offers a competitive total compensation package with an estimated salary range of $105,000 – $120,000/year.
