Well-known fashion brand is looking for a savvy Digital Merchandising Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate has 5+ years eCommerce experience within fashion or beauty, works well cross-functionally and has experience within Shopify.
- Oversee online product presentation and ensure items are effectively displayed to drive engagement and sales
- Plan and execute website updates, including product launches, seasonal features, and promotional events
- Use performance data and customer behavior insights to optimize product placement and navigation
- Partner with marketing, creative, and inventory teams to align site experience with campaigns and stock availability
- Improve product pages with clear, compelling content that supports purchase decisions
- Track site performance and provide actionable recommendations to improve conversion and revenue
- Coordinate visual content production, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality assets
- Maintain organization of digital assets and workflows to support efficient site operations
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 4+ years of experience in ecommerce, digital merchandising, or a related field
- Familiarity with ecommerce platforms and analytics tools
- Strong understanding of online customer experience and product presentation best practices
- Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams
- Experience in a fashion or consumer-focused brand environment preferred
