Social Media Associate Manager

Role Overview
Growing Beauty Brand is seeking a Social Media Associate Manager to join their team! You will help drive and execute our social strategy across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, and emerging platforms. You’ll support content planning, community engagement, and performance reporting, bringing our brand voice to life in an authentic, engaging, and data-informed way.
What You’ll Do
- Support day-to-day management of social media channels.
- Assist in building content calendars tied to launches, campaigns, and key cultural moments.
- Partner with creative teams to brief, review, and optimize assets by platform.
- Write compelling, on-brand copy for posts, stories, and video content.
- Develop and execute platform-specific posting strategies to drive awareness, engagement, and conversions.
- Own execution and posting of short-form video content across key channels.
- Manage end-to-end content production—from ideation to final edit.
- Engage daily with the community: comments, DMs, tags, and user-generated content.
- Monitor and escalate customer feedback, trends, and brand opportunities.
- Track weekly performance metrics, trends, and competitor activity and surface insights.
- Collaborate with Customer Experience, Creative, Influencer, Education, and PR teams to support launches and campaigns.
What Makes You a Great Fit
- 3+ years of social media experience, ideally in beauty, lifestyle, or DTC.
- Deep knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and emerging platforms.
- Strong storytelling, copywriting, and visual communication skills.
- A sharp eye for aesthetics, trends, and consistent brand identity.
- Comfort with social tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Dash Hudson, Traackr or similar).
- Thrives in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment with shifting priorities.
- Energized by social culture and willing to jump into real-time moments, including some evenings or weekends.
- Genuine passion for beauty and community engagement
