We’re seeking a strategic, hands-on Social Media Manager to lead and elevate social and influencer marketing initiatives across multiple brands. This role blends creative execution with strategic oversight—driving brand storytelling, engagement, and community growth while collaborating cross-functionally to ensure alignment with broader marketing goals.
Execution & Content
Conceptualize, create, and execute innovative social media content focused on engagement and audience growth.
Manage community engagement by responding to comments, messages, and creator content to foster authentic brand relationships.
Ideate, film, edit, and publish high-quality content across key social channels, ensuring storytelling aligns with the brand voice.
Maintain consistent social scheduling, tagging, and publishing cadence.
Draft and manage community responses, escalating when necessary to ensure brand integrity.
Strategic & Managerial
Lead planning and execution of influencer campaigns, including creative briefing, list building, and content coordination.
Actively participate in content strategy sessions and creative reviews.
Collaborate with PR, paid media, and brand marketing teams to align social strategies with overarching business goals.
Track and analyze social KPIs, reporting insights and optimizing performance in real time.
Stay current on social and cultural trends, sharing relevant insights to guide strategy within the beauty and personal care space.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field.
Minimum 4 years of experience in social media marketing, ideally within the beauty, personal care, or lifestyle industries.
Proven experience managing influencer partnerships and content-driven campaigns from concept to execution.
Strong copywriting, creative, and visual storytelling skills with an understanding of tone and brand positioning.
Highly proactive, organized, and collaborative, with excellent time management and attention to detail.
Proficiency with key social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) and content tools (CapCut, Splice, Canva, etc.).
