Remote role – ideally based in NYC or CA

We’re looking for a true growth operator— someone who doesn’t just know how to run Meta ads, but who owns performance, thinks in systems, and leads with data.
You’ve managed $1M+/month on Meta, profitably. You’ve scaled acquisition engines before. You’ve done it hands-on — not by overseeing an agency or telling someone else what to do. You understand how performance creative, audience structure, and attribution come together. You can spot a gap, diagnose it, and fix it — fast.
This is a full-time, high-ownership role. You’ll audit what’s in place, understand the system before changing it, then help evolve our growth engine. You’ll be proactive, methodical, and fast. If you’re looking for a 9-to-5 job or long ramp-up period, this isn’t it. Growth is always on — and you signed up for that.

What You’ll Own

  • Meta strategy, execution, and performance at scale ($1M+/month)
  • Creative testing strategy: concept development, briefs, performance reporting
  • Ad account structure, audience segmentation, and landing page (or full funnel) testing
  • Day-to-day budget and pacing adjustments across Meta + supporting paid social platforms (TikTok, Pinterest, X, Reddit)
  • MTA/MMM-driven performance analysis: NC ROAS, CAC, contribution margin, MER
  • Feedback loops with creative, CRO, and product teams to align spend with performance
  • Testing & scaling new paid social platforms (from early-stage test ? core channel)
  • Weekly performance reporting across channels, offers, creative, and cohorts
  • Strategic testing roadmap across audience, creative, funnel, and offer types

Your Success Will Be Measured By

  • Meta NC ROAS / CAC vs goals
  • Creative output & win rate across hooks, formats, and promos
  • Contribution margin and MER performance during peak windows (e.g., BFCM, New Year)
  • Scaling test platforms into profitable secondary channels
  • Speed and effectiveness of feedback loops with Creative, CRO, and Data

You’re Likely a Fit If You…

  • Have scaled Meta to $1M+/month profitably and can back it up with referrals
  • Are obsessed with data: you rely on MTA/MMMs, Looker, GA — not just Ads Manager
  • Triangulate performance across attribution models and lookback windows
  • Know how to PEAR: Plan, Execute, Analyze, React — in that order
  • Are thoughtful and methodical — you don’t break systems before understanding them
  • Take initiative, own outcomes, and don’t need to be told things twice
  • Thrive in ambiguity and move with speed once you have context
  • Communicate with clarity, transparency, and no ego
  • Know what it means to be “always on” — and actually get excited by that
  • Don’t get defensive — you get better

What This Role Is Not

  • A content-only role. You’ll partner with Creative, but own performance.
  • A job with “agency hours.” You’ll work when the work needs to happen — and be trusted accordingly.
  • A place to “wait for a brief.” You’ll write the briefs, own the roadmap, and drive the results.
  • A slow ramp. We move fast — you will too.
