Our client, a global entertainment network is seeking a strategic, collaborative Senior Manager to support new marketing strategies and evaluate their impact on business performance. This role will play a critical role in evolving our marketing approach while supporting strategic decision-making through clear performance insights. This is a five month contract (40 hours a week) that is onsite M-Thurs (remote Friday) with potential to extend.
The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver and strategic thinker with deep experience in marketing strategy, program management, and cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities: -Partner with Marketing leadership to shape the holistic FY26 strategy—streamlining priorities and driving measurable impact across the DTC portfolio. -Evolve Marketing’s prioritization framework to simplify processes, optimize campaign tiering, and ensure focus on the highest-impact initiatives. -Strengthen cross-platform measurement by aligning methodologies across partners, establishing consistent benchmarks, and reinforcing performance transparency. -Maintain and advance key planning tools (e.g., MMM, Airtable) to support scenario modeling, forecasting, and investment decisions. -Collaborate regularly with channel owners to surface tactical performance insights, identify optimization opportunities, and inform strategic pivots. Share key learnings with Marketing leadership through recurring performance updates. -Conduct reporting audits to clarify expectations across leaders and drive consistency in performance measurement and storytelling. -Author monthly Top Things to Know for executives, spotlighting DTC business objectives and cross-platform performance insights to align strategic focus . -Align campaign briefing processes across teams to increase operational efficiency and collaboration. Build and evolve team-wide frameworks that scale across workstreams—enhancing prioritization, briefing, and measurement while embedding cross-product impact and opportunity evaluation into ongoing planning.
Basic Qualifications: -7+ years of experience in marketing strategy, media strategy, operations, consulting, or a related field -Proven success leading cross-functional projects and strategic planning processes -Strong analytical and storytelling skills; ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights -Expertise in database tools like Airtable -Exceptional verbal and written communication skills -Comfortable managing through ambiguity and influencing without authority
Nice to Haves: -Experience in streaming or entertainment, particularly within a complex, matrixed organization -Proven background in building and scaling marketing operations or strategy functions -Experience with executive reporting and crafting strategic narratives for leadership -Strong understanding of cross-functional workflows between creative, media, strategy, and data science teams -Comfort navigating ambiguity and shifting priorities to support evolving business needs and objectives
