Title: Senior Producer, Production
Location: Burbank, CA (Hybrid Work Schedule)

Job Overview:
Leading Global Entertainment Studio is seeking a Sr. Producer to produce creative marketing production shoots and projects from pre-production planning through delivery. You will ensure projects are completed according to creative vision and within budget parameters.
Responsibilities:
- Manage budgets of $300k-2MM
- Oversee all aspects of assigned projects including internal communication with key stakeholders including production, photo, creative, design, finance, legal
- Work with leadership to analyze vendor budgets and handle negotiations with vendors and production companies.
- Guide coordinators on project-specific tasks and timelines.
- Manage and report all labor and production costs for assigned projects.
- Ensure compliance with company production protocols related to insurance, rights/clearances, guild/union requirements, labor laws, and risk/liability elements.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of three years experience as a Producer or Production Manager in one or more of the following:
- Promotions production (highly desired)
- Television, cable, or digital network
- Music video or commercial content production company
- Basic knowledge of TV, new media, and commercial guild and union agreements.
- Basic knowledge of minor work guidelines and labor laws.
- Experience leading high-value shoots (upwards of one million dollars) preferred.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to manage various personality and communication styles.
- Must be comfortable working flexible hours including occasional weekends as needed for shoots.
