  • Support multiple projects at various stages of the retail lifecycle.

  • Apply design best practices to ensure creative intent and deliverable standards are met.

  • Develop and evolve environmental design components including layout, fixture design, and material finishes.

  • Ensure accuracy and quality in design documentation and partner deliverables.

  • Provide design solutions that align with budget parameters and proactively identify potential risks.

Coordination & Communication

  • Serve as the central point of communication throughout the plan development process.

  • Coordinate design updates and stakeholder input, including architects, construction managers, and visual merchandising teams.

  • Integrate business strategies and performance data into store layouts and fixture planning.

  • Act as a primary contact for site-specific issue resolution across all project phases.

  • Present design concepts to leadership, including directors and executives.

  • Work closely with fixture vendors and internal procurement teams to ensure accurate ordering of store components via Revit and other design tools.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and SketchUp

  • Experience with V-Ray and Enscape is a plus

  • Strong understanding of spatial design, space planning, and production design

  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage design at varying scales and complexities

  • Highly collaborative with strong communication and presentation skills

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities
