As a Style Advisor, you will bring your unique strengths to the Retail Team, helping deliver an exceptional, highly personalized luxury shopping experience. You will work closely with store leadership and the retail team to build meaningful client relationships, support operational excellence, and contribute to the long-term success of the brand.
In this role, you’ll shape the customer experience through your expertise, passion, and attention to detail:
Deliver a memorable in-store luxury experience by following established selling standards and embodying a client-first mindset
Build and nurture relationships with new and existing clients through networking, CRM follow-ups, and personalized outreach
Drive business growth by proactively identifying opportunities to increase sales and deepen customer engagement
Conduct thoughtful, consultative selling conversations to understand client preferences and curate complete looks tailored to individual style, needs, and occasions
Promote Made-to-Measure and customization services as a key part of the selling experience, offering tailored wardrobe solutions
Utilize digital tools (e.g., iPad, mobile POS, CRM) and storytelling techniques to create a seamless, elevated shopping journey
Resolve customer concerns with empathy and professionalism while adhering to customer service policies, including alterations, repairs, and returns
Develop deep product knowledge, including craftsmanship, materials, and customization options, and translate this expertise into clear customer benefits
Maintain high standards in clienteling, CRM data accuracy, and after-sales service
Track individual performance using sales and service KPIs such as conversion rate, cross-selling, and average transaction value
Share customer insights, feedback, and store updates with the team to support business goals and customer satisfaction
2+ years of experience in luxury retail or a client-focused sales environment
Comfortable using digital tools and CRM platforms, with strong clienteling skills
Emotionally intelligent with a natural ability to build authentic, long-term client relationships
Growth-oriented, curious, and eager to continuously learn and evolve
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams
