Growth Marketing — Subscription Acquisition Manager

We’re seeking a highly capable and marketer to support subscription growth initiatives across a portfolio of digital services. This role focuses on both customer acquisition and ongoing engagement, leveraging direct campaigns, partner channels, and collaborative marketing initiatives.

This position partners with marketing, product, design, engineering, analytics, business development, and external partner teams to design, execute, and optimize acquisition and engagement campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive subscription acquisition and engagement initiatives across multiple channels and touchpoints, including direct-to-consumer campaigns and partner-driven efforts.
  • Collaborate with partners such as telecommunications providers, hardware brands, and other third-party organizations to resell subscription services, create bundled offers, and drive mutual growth.
  • Build and manage strategic offers, promotional bundles, and benefit packages tailored to partner audiences.
  • Design and optimize customer journeys, including activation flows, engagement campaigns, and reminder messaging, ensuring maximum retention and subscription value.
  • Partner closely with “living room” partners and other media platforms to identify co-marketing opportunities and develop high-impact subscription campaigns.
  • Apply expertise in subscription marketing, partnership marketing, and performance optimization to test and refine marketing strategies.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration, working with internal teams and external partners to execute complex campaigns on time and within budget.
  • Analyze campaign performance and partner data to inform iterative improvements in acquisition, engagement, and conversion strategies.
  • Document processes, track key metrics, and provide recommendations for strategic growth initiatives.

Key Qualifications

  • Fluent in subscription marketing and partnership marketing with a strong understanding of recurring revenue business models.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in acquisition and engagement marketing for subscription services, ideally within media, entertainment, or technology sectors.
  • Experience managing partner relationships, co-marketing campaigns, and third-party collaborations (e.g., telecoms, hardware, or lifestyle brands).
  • Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in A/B testing, campaign measurement, and data-driven optimization

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree required

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in subscription-focused marketing within an agency, media/entertainment organization, or technology-driven company
